Usage: zh_genmap16.pl <input> <output>
generates Chinese font glyph (16x16, RGBA16) from a Photoshop raw RGB image,
to be used in data/Basic/Font/alphabet16b_zh.h. The raw image should be
16 pixels wide and 4*n*16 pixels high, where n is the nubmer of Chinese
characters used. Each Chinese character should be placed on a 32x32 square,
and divided into 4 16x16 font glyphs.

modifies the English string tables (data/Basic/Font/coursename_ENG.h,
data/Basic/Font/star_name_ENG.h, data/Basic/Font/mess_data_ENG.h) to work
with Chinese font rendering routines. Specifically, it inserts extra byte
for every letter used in the string tables.
