Commands:
Coinflip - As named.
Hack - Hacks a discord user.
Bruh - Reacts to a message with bruh (emoji letters).
Qr - Generate a qr code with a hidden message or image.
Kick - As named.
Ban - As named.
Peanut - Posts a random image of SCP 173
Copypasta - Posts a random copypasta from r/copypasta

Trigger words:
H - Dms you emoji H.
How - Reacts with emoji letters.
Changes:
After sending a command, delete the message and execute command.

Make the help command pop up a bit more colorful, maybe an image background?

For the trigger commands, @ the person who triggered it depending on the command.

Settings for trigger commands like being able to disable them + the ability to make your own.

Be able to set status?

Limit Ivy command to Sho+add a confirmation if message was sent successfully or something

Limit ping command to Sho.

Add usage info to the commands and how to use it.

Update command information.

Organize commands in sections.

Change the #doom game to Doom Eternal.

Bot mentions Ivy after it has successfully DM'ed them; if it can't DM or can't find Ivy it will instead say "I can't dm Ivy 😢" or "I can't find Ivy 😢".
