Simple Uptime Monitor

An insanely simplistic Uptime Monitor.

• JS for rendering
• PHP for HTTP response.

Modes:

1. HTTP Response
2. File Existence Check (e.g., index.html or favicon.ico)

Can be run on static websites if you use server or own device to sync JSONs.

Can use GitHub Actions to pull in JSON if needed.

(Github pages makes for an acceptable static serve).
